  • European Union: 4–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable outside the United Kingdom or European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

OneCollector is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. However, if your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and in the same condition received;
  • include original tags and packaging;
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by email.

Returned products must be:

  • in their original condition;
  • unused and undamaged;
  • returned with original packaging where possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer laws.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • personalized or custom-made products;
  • gift cards;
  • sale or clearance items;
  • products damaged through misuse or improper handling.

Custom or personalized items are exempt from the EU 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
